This information is collected via the customers and suppliers directly through email, website contact form, telephone or fax. It is held on our secure computer systems and paper copies of orders and invoices in our secure storage cabinets.
Your information is not passed on to any external organisations and is solely held by Anglia Sprayers Ltd.
If we take payment over the phone for an order we will require your bank account information. Once payment is taken your account information is immediately shredded and no longer held.
If you have not been a supplier/customer of Anglia Sprayers for 7 years or more your data will be deleted from our system.
